There are many aspects that make EduExcellence different from any other educational organization. In 2007, when EduExcellence was established by Dr. Beulah van der Westhuizen, an Educational Psychologist, the goal was to bring therapy into the school system and create a space that would truly benefit children. For many years she experienced the frustration of seeing clients in her private practice but felt unable to assist them once they went back to school. The idea developed to combine her private practice with the schooling system and TheraEd was born. This brainchild was the first of its kind in South Africa.
